Lazy Sushi Cups
There is nothing we like better than a fresh, fast, fuss free dinner outdoors! As a family we eat one meal outdoors at least once a week, winter or summer. I love it as you can invite a big group of friends to the park or beach (no ones home is being invaded with children). Everyone BYO dinner and wine. Itβs effortless and fun! Ingredients
Nori sheets cut into squares
Cucumber diced
Avocado diced
Sushi rice - cooked per packet instructions
Japanese mayo
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Steps
Arrange all ingredients onto a large food board.
Make sushi bites by scooping a spoon of rice onto a square of Nori and layer rice with desired ingredients.
Dip into soy sauce and enjoy.
Note add chicken or tuna if you like.
