Summer Cocktails with Brookie's Gin
Summer is well underway in Australia, and there is nothing that says balmy summer afternoons more than enjoying a delicious cocktail created by one of our favourite local distilleries, Cape Byron Distillery .

Southside Spritz
Glass: Tall
Garnish: Mint Sprig & Dried Lime Wheel
Method: Shake w/ ice & double strain into glass.
Top w/ Soda.
Ingredients:
45ml Brookie’s Dry Gin
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
6-8x Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Shirl’s Spicy Margi
Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Paprika & Chilli Salt Rim
Method: Shake w/ ice
& strain into glass.

30ml Shirl the Pearl Cumquat Gin
30ml Arette Reposado Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
