Beach Pawpaw
Ingredients:
1 pawpaw
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup granola
Edible flowers
Method:
This recipe is really about having fun with great ingredients. Cut the pineapple, pawpaw and/or rockmelons in half. Scoop out the seeds flesh and chop it up anyway you like! Now it’s up to you - I’ve given some suggestions for the filling above, but use whatever you love. Fill the scooped out pineapple and melon bowls with fruit, then dollop some yoghurt over the top. Decorate with edible flowers and granola if you like.
