Vietnamese Jar Salad
Salad Ingredients (layered):
Cos lettuce
Vermicelli noodles
Carrot
Cucumber
Coriander + Mint
Peanuts
*Could add some marinated tofu, chicken or beef.
Dressing Ingredients (mixed together):
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp caster sugar
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 long red chilli (seeds removed), finely diced
