How to Make Healthy Two Minute Noodles
Healthy two minute noodles - who knew there was such a thing! Two minute noodles have always been one of our guilty pleasures, so we were pretty excited when we came up with this delicious and healthy alternative that tastes even better than the real thing. It’s the perfect quick and easy lunch or dinner, plus you can add whatever veggies or meat you like! Healthy Two Minute Noodles
Serves one
INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon dehydrated bone broth powder (can use vegetable stock it you are vegan)
200ml of boiling water
Fresh chilli to taste
The cheek of one lime
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon coconut amino sauce (or soy sauce)
Fresh coriander
1 packet of sweet potato noodles
METHOD:
Cook sweet potato noodles as per packet instructions, drain noodles and add to bowl. Add bone broth powder and water to a bowl and mix. Add remaining ingredients to taste.
Note: You can add mushrooms, asian greens and chicken to make it a meal for the whole family.
