TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRIZE: Byron Bay Weekend Getaway and prize pack including;

3 days / 2 nights of hotel accommodations for 2 adults at The Atlantic, Byron Bay.

Prize is for a maximum of 2 people in the ’Tropical Room'. This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and excludes peak season and music festival dates. This voucher is non exchangeable, non transferable and not redeemable for cash. Voucher must be presented on arrival.

Also included in the prize is over $2,000 worth of vouchers from participating partners.

RETAIL VALUE OF RESORT STAY: $1000

ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win.

Employees of The Beach People or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each and those living in the household of same are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be a total of 1 winner, drawn at random from by the directors of The Beach People Pty Ltd. In the event the potential winners do not qualify or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing from among eligible entries. All decisions of The Beach People are final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The prize winner will be notified via instagram. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five business days, another eligible entry will be drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified. PRIZE DELIVERY: Prize certificates will be emailed to the winner within 2 weeks of prize draw.
