TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PRIZE: Santa Monica Getaway and prize pack including;
Travel to and from Viceroy Santa Monica for two adults within USA.
3 days / 2 nights of hotel accommodations for 2 adults at Viceroy, Santa Monica.
Prize is for a maximum of 2 people in the ’City View King Room'. This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and is valid between 4th June 2018 – 30 September 2018 excluding excluding timeframe of July 9th to August 19th & December 29th – January 3rd), public holidays, school holidays and major event periods. This voucher is non exchangeable, non transferable and not redeemable for cash. Voucher must be presented on arrival.
Prize does NOT include transportation during the Santa Monica Getaway.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win.
Employees of The Beach People or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each and those living in the household of same are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.
Entrant must be following @thebeachpeople on instagram at the time of the drawing to be eligible.

If The Beach People should request to follow you please confirm in order for us to notify you if you are a winner. All Instagram follow and tags must be made by 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday 31st May.
WINNER SELECTION: There will be a total of 1 winner, drawn at random from by the directors of The Beach People Pty Ltd. In the event the potential winners do not qualify or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing from among eligible entries. All decisions of The Beach People are final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The prize winner will be notified via instagram. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five business days, another eligible entry will be drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified. PRIZE DELIVERY: Prize certificates will be emailed to the winner within 2 weeks of prize draw.
GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claims they may have against Releases for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or element thereof, or participation in this giveaway.
