Healthy Picnic Brownies

Ingredients

2 cups oats

2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup dark choc chips

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup cocoa

1/4 cup peanut butter

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then place mixture in a greased or lined baking tray.

  2. Bake on 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

  3. Allow brownies to cool, and then slice and store in the fridge. It’s that simple!
