Mother's Day Brunch with our Founders

To celebrate Mother’s Day, our Co-Founders, Emma and Victoria, put together a dreamy brunch spread, featuring our Picnic Basket, and new non-alcohol Bellini’s. Smoked Salmon Bagels

Ingredients

Bagels
Cream cheese
Basil pesto
Cucumber slices
Baby capers
Caper berries
Blanched asparagus chilled
Fresh dill
Chargrilled lemon cheeks
Smoked salmon
Black sesame seeds
Pumpkin seed
Sunflower seeds

Method

  1. Arrange all ingredients on your cheese board lid.

  2. Spread generous amounts of basil pesto and cream cheese over the base of a bagel, then layer on cucumber and smoked salmon.

  3. Wedge a few asparagus in the centre of the bagel.

  4. Sprinkle fresh dill and seeds over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. You can drizzle a little pesto oil over the top to finish. Enjoy!
