Not only do I have several roundies (like every other beach going Australian who likes it a bit spesh), but I met Emma & Victoria when we were all speaking at a Women Run the World event in Melbourne and we instantly clicked. This is a lovely 10-minute total body sequence that you can do anywhere, anytime. You don’t need any equipment at all, and you’ll get a lovely burn and flow.
