Spaghetti Vongole

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4

Approx. 500g of pipis

Handful of parsley

110g of baby capers

1 lemon

Chili flakes

3 cloves of garlic

Butter

Pasta

Pepper

Salt

METHOD:

  1. Finely chop parsley and put into bowl

  2. Roughly chop capers and add to bowl

  3. Add zest and juice lemon, and a sprinkle of chili flakes into bowl

  4. Finely chop cloves of garlic

  5. Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter into pan with garlic

  6. Then put pipis in with lid on until majority of them are open. Ours took 6 minutes

  7. Cook pasta

  8. Add pasta to pan once cooked and mix

  9. Add another tablespoon of butter through, with a crack of pepper and a pinch of salt

  10. Give it a mix and serve
