Victoria and I designed this Botanical Multi-Sensory Oil - Calm, in honour of slow living, deep breathing and mindful meditations. As mothers and business owners life gets busy! And that’s okay. But we can all make small changes to enhance our day-to-day life. It only takes 30 seconds to drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw and hands, check if you are holding tension in your body, and apply our Botanical Oil - Calm (which by the way smells like a beach vacation in a bottle) and take 3 deep breaths. Made with therapeutic grade grapefruit and ylang ylang, which promote ease and relaxation, along with Tiger’s Eye for balance and grounding, and Crystal Quartz for cleansing. Simply dab the oil onto your pulse points - located behind your ear, at the bottom of your throat, on your wrist and inside your elbow.
