PRIZE: US Summer getaway and prize pack including;

3 days / 2 nights accommodation for 2 adults at Hotel Joaquin, Laguna Beach. Package includes accommodation with a king sized bed, complimentary breakfast and morning yoga, and an all-access adventure gear pass.

Prize is for a maximum of 2 people. This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and blackout periods. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

Hotel Joaquin will arrange giveaway package booking details with the winner direct. Additional charges will apply accordingly for upgrades or changes to accommodation levels.

Also included in the prize is over $2500 worth of vouchers from participating partners.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win & you must be a resident of the United States.

If The Beach People should request to follow you, please accept in order for us to notify you if you are a winner. All Instagram tags must be made by 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday June 17th, 2019.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be a total of 1 winner, drawn at random by the directors of The Beach People Pty Ltd. In the event the potential winners do not qualify or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing from among eligible entries. All decisions of The Beach People are final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The prize winner will be notified via Instagram. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five business days, another eligible entry will be drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified. PRIZE DELIVERY: Prize certificates will be emailed to the winner within 2 weeks of prize draw.
