Festive Grazing Board
There’s nothing like adding elements of the festive season to your grazing board. The key to this cheese wreath is not to over complicate by adding too many ingredients. The fresh sage and rosemary are so fragrant, it really adds the perfect green touch, whilst the dried apple rings add a beautiful pop of red. Festive Grazing Board
Ingredients:
1 wheel of brie cheese (cut into four)
1 wedge of blue cheese (or any other cheese you like sliced in 3)
Sicilian olives
Dried apple
Lavish (or crackers of choice)
Fresh sage & rosemary
Method:
So basically we are creating a magnificent circle of cheese. Start by separating the brie cheese into four sections on your board, then fill the circle with blue cheese slices and dried apple. Dot the Sicilian olives in the gaps around the middle, creating a circle. Wedge the fresh herbs in the bottom of the circle to create a cheese wreath. Add crackers on the side or in a bowl near by.
