PRIZE: Byron Bay Retreat and prize pack including;

4 days / 3 nights of retreat accommodation for 2 adults at Gaia Retreat & Spa, Byron Bay. Package includes accommodation in Sura Terrace, all gourmet spa cuisine meals and snacks, 90-minute Retreatment Botanics Signature Facial per person, 90-minute Gaia Relaxation Massage per person, 90-minute Daily Morning Yoga, 60min Green Clay Detox Body Masque per person, 30-minute “Beauty from the Inside Out” Naturopath Consult per person, 30-minute Wellness Consult per person, All Daily Retreat Activities and full use of all Facilities, Return Airport Transfers from Ballina or Gold Coast Airports at set times.

Prize is for a maximum of 2 people for the ‘Timeless Beauty Retreat’. This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and blackout periods. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Retreat Package must be confirmed and booked within 3 months of winning the prize.

Gaia Retreat & Spa will arrange giveaway package booking details with the winner direct. Additional charges will apply accordingly for upgrades or changes to accommodation levels or additional treatments and package add-ons. All upgrades and additional services/arrangements to the package are to be made through Gaia Retreat & Spa. Winner must check in to Gaia Retreat & Spa before 5pm or late check in fee applies.

The Retreatment Botanics Gift Voucher for 2 will have a total value of $500. This voucher amount is the total combined value for both giveaway prize winners. The voucher cannot be redeemed by a 3rd party and/or as a cash alternative. Should there be any additional value remaining on the voucher this amount cannot be redeemed in cash but may be used towards additional Retreatment Botanics product purchases.

The winners will receive a skin analysis during their Retreatment Botanics facial treatment, after which their beauty therapist will recommend skincare products most suited to their skin. It is recommended the skincare winners select their products after their facials.

The winners must claim their skincare gift voucher during their stay at Gaia Retreat & Spa. If the voucher is not claimed by the end of the stay, the voucher will be deemed invalid.

Winners are advised to read the safety warnings on the back of the skincare product boxes and conduct a skin patch test before use.

Also included in the prize is over $3000 worth of vouchers from participating partners.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be a total of 1 winner, drawn at random by the directors of The Beach People Pty Ltd. In the event the potential winners do not qualify or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing from among eligible entries. All decisions of The Beach People are final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The prize winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five business days, another eligible entry will be drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified.
